Reflecting on Learning

Dear colleagues,
Once again, we have reached the end of another course. I am very appreciative for all of the kind words and feedback from you all. I would like to wish everyone the best as we all move on to our next course. I have enjoyed working with all of you and sharing ideas and insights with each other. I can truly say I have learned a lot from everyone.

My most passionate hope for my future as an EC professional and for the children and families with whom I will work is that we ALL establish a working and respectful relationship with each other. I hope that I reach those who may not believe in anti-bias education.

Best Wishes!!!

  3. Hello Tiffany,

I enjoyed my time in this course. I had the honor on working with intelligent and dedicated professionals in early childhood education. It is possible to conclude that this course has allowed us to express our views to anti-bias curriculum. The children and family we serve opens the door for culture and diversity, along with helping us to understand how children are raised under various backgrounds.

  5. Tiffany,
I think your hope of reaching those who may not believe in anti-bias education is our biggest hope but is also our biggest challenge. It will not be easy. Yet, I don't know about you but the strategies I have learned in this course make me feel more prepared for the obstacles. I think what drives us is the promise of a better future for all. The world can be molded into a peaceful unit by fostering positive attitudes in children now because they will end up being those shape shifters of tomorrow. Thank you for sharing and best of luck.
